We are Julie & Max Lee, owners and managers of The Perch at White Sands, and parents of 2 kids (2 and under)!

Julie is a native of Gulf Breeze, FL, who initially relocated to Birmingham, AL for graduate school. Initially, we purchased a unit at White Sands with the intention to have a rental, with the added benefit of having a place to stay while visiting family in town.

After a lot of hard work, and uncertain times during the COVID pandemic, The Perch became not only a hobby, but a significant source of income. We believe what made our rental so successful was are ability to know exactly what the consumer wants- and fast, responsive and personable communication.

We both are avid travelers, and throughout our various trips, we have learned what amenities really matter- and which ones are unnecessary. Our desire to make a stay not only comfortable, but memorable.

We hope to provide all of our rentals with a high touch experience that extends from securing the booking, to advising and helping select amenities that can increase your nightly rate, leaving more profit in your pocket.
